How It Works

What is construction labour hire?

Labour hire means Supreme Labour employs the workers and places them on your construction site. You direct and control the work — we handle all employment obligations including pay, superannuation, workers compensation, and tax. It's a flexible, low-admin way to scale your workforce without taking on additional headcount.

How do I request workers?

You can submit a request through our online form or call us directly. Tell us the role, location, start date, and how many workers you need — we'll confirm availability and get workers booked in as quickly as possible.

How quickly can you supply workers?

In most cases we can place workers within 24 hours for sites in Greater Sydney and Brisbane. For regional areas or specialised trades, 24–48 hours is typical. For same-day emergency coverage, call us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. Supreme Labour offers flexible hire with no lock-in contracts. You can engage workers for a single day, a week, or on an ongoing basis — whatever suits your project schedule.

What happens if a worker doesn't show up or doesn't perform?

Call us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. Worker reliability is our responsibility, not yours.

Workers & Compliance

Are your workers White Card certified?

Yes — every worker placed on a construction site holds a current General Construction Induction (White Card) as required under Safe Work Australia guidelines. We verify additional tickets, licences, and certifications relevant to each role before placement.

What insurances does Supreme Labour carry?

All Supreme Labour placements are covered by workers compensation insurance and public liability insurance. We also carry professional indemnity insurance. You receive compliance documentation on request.

Is Supreme Labour CM3 certified?

Yes. Supreme Labour is CM3 certified — a pre-qualification system that verifies our compliance, safety management systems, and insurance. This means your procurement team has independent verification without chasing our paperwork.

Do you comply with ISO standards?

Yes. Our operations are managed in line with ISO standards, covering quality management and occupational health and safety. We operate under full WHS legislative compliance across NSW and Queensland.

Who handles payroll and superannuation?

Supreme Labour handles all payroll, superannuation, PAYG tax, and award entitlements. Workers are employed under the relevant Modern Award — you receive a single invoice for the hours worked, with no hidden employment costs.

Roles & Services

What types of workers do you supply?

Our core offering is general labourers and skilled labourers supplied to builders and construction sites. We also place skilled labour with subcontractors including formworkers, scaffolders, steel fixers, carpenters, and other trades. Contact us to confirm availability for your specific requirement.

Can you supply a full site crew?

Yes. We handle project staffing for crews of 5 to 50+ workers. For large-volume requirements, give us as much lead time as possible — though we regularly fulfil short-notice volume requests.

Do you supply traffic controllers?

Yes, we can supply traffic controllers holding current Traffic Control qualifications (Yellow Card) for sites requiring traffic management.

Can you supply workers for weekend or after-hours starts?

Yes. We offer after-hours contact and can arrange weekend starts where required. Call us directly for urgent out-of-hours requirements.

Where do you operate?

We operate across Greater Sydney, regional NSW (including the Southern Highlands, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Blue Mountains), Brisbane, South East Queensland, and regional Queensland.

Do you supply workers to regional NSW?

Yes — including the Southern Highlands (Bowral, Mittagong), Wollongong and the Illawarra, the Central Coast, the Blue Mountains, and other regional NSW areas. Lead times may vary. Call us to discuss your specific location.

Do you supply workers to Queensland?
